GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The M34 series is a low voltage single output LED flashing controller IC implemented by LSI CMOS
technology. With built-in RC oscillator circuit, minimal external components are required. Various
flashing frequencies are available for different applications.
FEATURE
- Typical 3VDC operating voltage, min. 1.35V and max. 4.5V
- Typical output current 16mA @3VDC
- Flashing frequency within +/-20% tolerance by internal RC oscillator
