General Description
The HA6010 is a high power amplifier modul for applications in Ku-Band.
The high gain and high output power makes this device an ideal choice as a high power amplifier for
transmitters in the frequency range from 14.0GHz to 16.0GHz. It inludes two differential output
voltage power monitors for transmitted and reflected power, gain/power control, temperature sensor,
reverse polarity and output short circuit protection.
The device operates from –40°C to +60°C.
