General Description
The HT82M39A is a Plug and Play PS/2 3D mouse con-
troller. It is compatible with Microsoft Intelli 3D PS/2
mouse. The Z axis can support two kinds of scroller input,
namely; optomechanical and mechanical.

For IC manufacture testing, user should leave it floating.
