GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICSI IC89LV52(51)A is a high-performance micro-
controller fabricated with high-density CMOS technology.
The CMOS IC89LV52A is functionally compatible with the
NMOS Intel 8052(51) and Philips
’
80C52(51) micro
controller, but its VCC is 3.05V~3.6V
.
The IC89LV52(51)A contains a 8K (4K) x 8 Flash; a 256
x 8 RAM (128 x 8 RAM); 32 I/O lines for either multi-
processor communications; I/O expansion or full duplex
UART; three (two) 16-bit timers/counters; a six-source
(five-source), two-priority-level, nested interrupt structure;
and on chip oscillator and clock circuit.
The IC89LV52(51)A can be expanded using standard
TTL compatible memory.
