0280, 0280F and 0288F Series
The 0280 series is a subminiature package designed for applications such as PCB indication, switch backlighting, and keyboard illumina-
tion. Extra bright dice are used to obtain high light output with extra wide spatial distribution. The 0280 series is compatible with vapor
phase reflow surface mounting as well as conventional soldering. For high volume applications, the 0280F with formed leads is also
available in tape and reel as the 0288F series for automated equipment. There are no optical or electrical differences between the 0280
and 0288 series.
