KGA4141 combined transimpedance amplifier and limitting amplifier is a +3.3V high speed TIALA designed for
10Gbps optical receiver applications. The IC is fabricated by using 0.1
µm
P-HEMT technologies and has a high
sensitivity and a wide dynamic range.
