RS7100 

Low Power 300mA CMOS LDO 

 

概述

The RS7100 is a low‐dropout linear regulator that operations in the input voltage range from +2.5V to +9.0V and delivers 

300毫安输出电流。高精度输出电压预置为一个内部调整电压为2.5V或3.3V 。其他

output voltages can be mask‐optioned from 1.5V to 5.0V with 100mV increment.
