The PE1523 low noise amplifier is designed for
applications within the 6 to 18 GHz frequency range.
High efficiency operation is achieved by using low-noise
GaAs PHEMT devices. This amplifier is a cost effective

dB gain flatness and a 3.5 dB noise figure.
