required current ratings should be similar. The TISPPBL2S protector gate reference voltage comes from the
SLIC negative supply (VBAT). A 220 nF gate capacitor sources the high gate current pulses caused by fast
rising impulses. When the SLIC has internal tertiary protection (e.g. PBL 386 21/1), then the two RP resistors
need to be added for protection co-ordination.
