DESCRIPTION
The RJ21P3AA0PT is a 1/1.8-type (8.93 mm) solid-
state image sensor that consists of PN photo-
diodes and CCDs (charge-coupled devices). With
approximately 3 370 000 pixels (2 152 horizontal x
1 567 vertical), the sensor provides a stable high-
resolution color image.
