Description
CXD2480R
The CXD2480R is a timing controller IC for CCD digital camera. Adopting high voltage CMOS
process CCD vertical clock driver and substrate voltage generator are built in, and single chip
drive system for CCD image sensor is realized.

Supports NTSC/PAL systems
Generation of timing pulse for driving 360H/510H/720H/760H system CCD image sensors
CCD vertical clock driver and horizontal clock driver are built in
CCD substrate voltage (Vsub) generator is built in
High-speed shutter function for electronic iris control (shutter speed range: 1/60 to 1/100,000s)
Low-speed shutter function
Applications
