LVRF: Low voltage reset flag.
When MCU is reset by LVR, LVRF flag will be set to one by hardware. This flag clear by
software.
PORF: Power on reset flag.
When MCU is reset by POR, PORF flag will be set to one by hardware. This flag clear
by software.
