Description
The ZMD44101 is a fully integrated system-on-chip
CMOS transceiver, providing license free multi-
channel operation in the 868.3MHz (EU) and
902MHz to 928MHz (US) ISM bands. The low
power baseband transceiver is optimized for data
rates up to 40kbp/s and incorporates direct
sequence spread spectrum technology to assure
reliable data transfer in hostile RF environments.
The high level of integration, shown below,
includes a thin Media Access Controller, resulting
in a minimum of external components and lower
application costs.
