General Description

The EL5192C is a current feedback amplifier with a very high band-
width of 600MHz. This makes this amplifier ideal for today’s high
speed video and monitor applications.

• Fast enable, just 25ns (selected
packages only)
• Available in SOT23-5 and SPT23-
6 packages
• Dual (EL5292C) and triples
(EL5392C) available
• Fixed gain version also available
With a supply current of just 6mA and the ability to run from a single
supply voltage from 5V to 10V, the EL5192C is also ideal for hand
held, portable or battery powered equipment.
The amplifier is also available with a fast acting disable. This disable
will turn off in 10ns, and enable again in just 25ns, making the
EL5192C amplifier ideal for multiplexing applications. Allowing the
CE pin to float, or applying a low logic level will enable the amplifier.

For applications where board space is critical, the EL5192C is offered
in both the SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 packages, as well as an industry
standard 8-pin SOIC. The EL5192C operates over the industrial tem-
perature range of -40°C to +85°C.
