600MHz Fixed Gain Amplifier
Features
General Description
• Gain selectable (+1, -1, +2)
• 600 MHz -3dB BW @ Av = +1

The EL5196C is a fixed gain amplifier with a bandwidth of 600MHz,
making these amplifiers ideal for todays high speed video and monitor
applciations. The EL5196C features integnal gain setting resistors and
can be configured to give a gain of +1, -1 or +2.
• Single and dual supply operation,
from 5V to 10V
• Fast enable, just 25ns (selected
packages only)
With a supply current of just 6mA and the ability to run from a single
supply voltage from 5V to 10V, these amplifiers are also ideal for
hand held, portable or battery powered equipment.
• Available in SOT23-5 and SOT23-
6 packages
• Triple (EL5396C) available
• 300MHz, 3mA product available
The amplifier is also available with a fast acting disable. This disable
will turn off in 10ns, and enable again in just 25ns, making the
EL5196C amplifier ideal for multiplexing applications. Allowing the
CE pin to float, or applying a low logic level will enable the amplifier.

For applications where board space is critical, the EL5196C is offered
in both the SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 packages, as well as an industry
standard 8-pin SOIC. The EL5196C operates over the industrial tem-
perature range of -40°C to +85°C.
