General Description

The AT1203 is an ultra-low noise, low dropout
• Low Dropout Voltage：350mV
voltage, low quiescent current CMOS LDO,
capable of delivering up to 300mA.
• Low Output Noise
• Low Quiescent Current：90µA
This LDO provides factory preset 1.5V,1.8V, 1.9V,
• Guaranteed 300mA Output Current
2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V,4.2V and 5.0V fixed output
• Fixed Output Voltage：1.5V,1.8V, 1.9V, 2.5V, voltage.
2.8V, 3.0V,3.3V, 4.2V and 5.0V
