design features all-in-one plug and receptacle housings
with a pre-assembled interfacial seal and terminal
position assurance (TPA).
Optional connector position assurance (CPA) and clip
slot features are offered to increase connector-to-
connector and connector-to-vehicle retention during
use. The MX150 cable-sealed connection system
complements Molex’s extensive MX150 product line.

MX150 cable-sealed, 1-by-2 connectors are the latest addition to the high-performance MX150
connector system, providing a valuable space-saving solution for small-circuit applications
Molex’s MX150 cable-sealed, 1-by-2 connection
system was designed to meet the need for a rugged,
environmentally sealed connector system supporting
both low-level signal as well as power applications up
to 22.0A for small circuit size applications where space
is a premium.
The innovative cable-sealed connector family is based
on the 1.50mm (.059”) pitch ISO blade-type terminal
system. The cable-seal design offers increased sealing
reliability for a large range of SAE wire gauges
(14 to 22) as well metric size wires, while offering
low terminal-to-housing insertion forces, and high

capable of up to 22.0A continuous current
Meets USCAR footprint: 150-S-002-1-Z01 to ensure
mating with USCAR connector interfaces
Glass-filled thermoplastic housing and pre-loaded
Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) ensures crimped
terminal leads are properly locked into the
connector (TPA will not seat and the connector
system will not latch if the terminal is not locked
properly into position) and meets up
to Temperature Class 3 performance
Integral locking latch with secondary, pre-loaded
connector position assurance (CPA) option ensures
the connector system is properly latched (CPA will
not move to final locking position if the connector
is not latched)
Optional clip slot aids in vehicle routing by offering
an optional orientation clip attachment
Audible and tactile clicks on insertion, extraction
and mating feedback facilitates reliable mating,
and terminal loading and removal
