This integral collar insulates exposed wire leads and acts as a strain relief by preventing the flexing of the lead at
the set screw.

Material: Brass per QQ-B-626, Alloy 360, �½ Hard.
Finish: Gold plated per MIL-G-45204, Type II, Class 00 over electroless nickel per MIL-C-26074, Class 1,
200 to 300 micro-inches.
Insulation: ABS molded to Banana Jack and Pin Tip Plug.
Marking: “POMONA ELECTRONICS, 3548”.
Lower Conn: Pin Tip Plug
Material: Same as Upper Conn.
Finish: Same as Upper Conn.
Cross Hole: 2.08 (.082) dia. with #3-56 slotted set screw to secure wire lead.
