General Description
The EM65101 is an LCD controller for 16-level gray scale graphic dot-matrix liquid
crystal display system. It is a (160 x 128) for segment and common driver circuit. It has
a built-in display RAM, a power supply circuit for LCD driver. It also supports EEPROM
function for programming information to tune the V
LCD
offset voltage to get the best
contrast which helps in compacting system design. Its “partial display”

realizes results in low power consumption.
