This integrated circuit can be damaged by ESD. Texas Instru-
ments recommends that all integrated circuits be handled with
appropriate precautions. Failure to observe proper handling
and installation procedures can cause damage.
ESD damage can range from subtle performance degradation
to complete device failure. Precision integrated circuits may
be more susceptible to damage because very small parametric
changes could cause the device not to meet its published
specifications.

Chip Select when LOW, Shutdown Mode when
HIGH.
The serial output data word is comprised of 16
bits of data. In operation, the data is valid on the
rising edge of DCLOCK. The fifth falling edge of
DCLOCK after the falling edge of CS enables
the serial output. After one null bit, data is valid
for the next 16 edges.
Data Clock synchronizes the serial data transfer
and determines conversion speed.
