描述
暂时禁用在系统数据的变化,以保护行业部门的保护。适用于+ 10V至RESET
启动临时机构撤消模式。在临时机构撤消模式,程序保护
扇区通过选择适当的扇区地址。所有受保护的行业恢复到搬迁保护状态
从复位+ 10V 。
重置INTERAL状态机读方式。如果设备是编程或擦除时, RESET = L ,数据
可能已损坏。
按住RESET低进入深度掉电模式(
& LT ;
1 μA ) 。恢复时间,开始的第一个读周期为50ns 。
当地址保持稳定为300ns自动启用。典型电流消耗为1 μA 。现有的数据是
可用来在这种模式下,系统中。如果地址发生变化时,自动睡眠模式被禁止,新
数据是在标准访问时间返回。
