2系统时钟分布
MC9S08FL16系列采用ICS模块作为时钟源。ICS模块可以使用内部或外部时钟
源作为参考,以提供高达20MHz的CPU时钟。ICS模块的输出包括,
OSCOUT-XOSC输出为ADC提供外部参考时钟。
ICSFFCLK-ICS固定频率时钟参考(约32.768 kHz)提供两倍的
固定锁定信号到TPM和MTIM16。
ICSOUT-ICS CPU时钟提供总线时钟的两倍,总线时钟是
外围设备。
ICSLCLK-备用BDC时钟为BDC模块提供调试信号。
TCLK引脚是一个额外的外部时钟源。启用TCLK时,它可以提供备用时钟
源到TPM和MTIM16。片上1kHz时钟为COP模块提供时钟源。
