This N-Channel Logic level MOSFET has been  
designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency of  
DC/DC converters using either synchronous or  
conventional switching PWM controllers.  
10 A, 80 V.  
RDS(ON) = 0.019 @ VGS = 10 V

Fast switching speed.

These full reels are individually barcode labeled and  
placed inside  
a standard intermediate box (illustrated in  
figure 1.0) made of recyclable corrugated brown paper.  
One box contains two reels maximum. And these boxes

comes in different sizes depending on the number of parts  
shipped.
