此次会议接收中英文的论文，分上下两册出版，中文论文将完成ISTP检索,英文论文根据作者需要选择完成Ei检索或者是ISTP检索。中文的文章ERDS2TJ182T.html" target="_blank" title="ERDS2TJ182T">ERDS2TJ182T必须要由英文的标题，摘要，关键词以及参考文献。此次会议论文集将由美国电子和电气工程及科研出版社出版。所有录用的论文将被ISTP(CPCI-S）或EI检索。

会议投稿文章，会务组将采取边投稿边录用的形式，每篇投稿我们将在两个星期内给出录用结果。会后会免费为作者安排一天的红色革命之旅，去看看革命前辈们曾经生活和战斗的地方-铜像广场、毛家宗祠、毛泽东故居，韶山冲等。
